Snow Time. Gillian and I are visiting clients in the UK over a period of about 3 weeks and as is often the case we have missed the snow that arrived last week. Thankfully it didn't stay long, here are some before and after photos.
Now that harvest is over and the wines have been pressed off we take the Marc ( Skins, pips left over from the wine making process) back to the vineyard to be prepared for composting, a big day but a satisfying one.
